5 Ways to Add Sound Healing Into Your Meditation Practice

As you already know, there are thousands and thousands of choices for what sorts of music resonate most with you – whether or not they be sounds from nature, deep synths or singing bowls – that may all be streamed on-line (certainly one of my favourite sources is Meditative Mind on Youtube).
