BETHUNE, S.C. — The City of Bethune helps to feed these in want by means of a cellular vitamin unit, because of a brand new partnership with United Way of Kershaw County.
The cellular vitamin unit began coming to Bethune in December and has been been serving the neighborhood twice a month. And officers say that’s just the start.
“It is good to know we’re right here. We cant meet each want of our neighborhood, but it surely’s only one facet to it,” Bethune Mayor Susan Holley mentioned. Holley mentioned they’re working with United Means of Kershaw County to attempt to discover a location for them to be in Bethune to assist meet the necessity, “Not solely within the bounds of the municipality, however outdoors within the surrounding neighborhood.”
