Abilene senior citizens ‘get moving’ in Gentle Fitness class | KTAB

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) — In the course of the onset of the pandemic, many individuals have been unable to remain bodily energetic, notably seniors, who have been homebound for his or her security.

Now an Abilene health teacher is inspiring seniors to take management of their well being and health in a much less rigorous, gentler exercise expertise. 

Each Tuesday and Thursday, you can find retired math trainer and veteran Wilma Lewis attending Mild Health.
