Justice of the Peace Bernard Fitzgerald dominated, within the Shepparton Magistrates Courtroom on Friday, June 10, that Mr Teichert had failed to supply correct and enough diet to the puppies in query.
Mr Teichert instructed the courtroom he didn’t consider he had performed something mistaken and through the trial had said he had not modified the eating regimen he fed to puppies in his care.
Mr Fitzgerald instructed the courtroom the proof offered by specialists through the trial proved every of the 4 puppies had developed dietary hyperparathyroidism whereas in Mr Teichert’s care.
