  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat mozzarella cheese grated

Directions

  1. Cook dinner pasta following packet directions.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C and spray two 20cm cake tins with cooking oil spray.

  3. Warmth a big frying pan over medium-high warmth and add mince, garlic, herbs, onion, carrot and zucchini. Cook dinner for 3-5 minutes or till mince is browned and greens are delicate.

  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Cook dinner for 5-10 minutes or till the sauce begins to scale back.

  6. Pour bolognese combine into ready tins and high evenly with mozzarella cheese.
