Ms. Taylor grew up on her household’s farm in Northeast Iowa, a farm that has been in her household for greater than 160 years. She has spent her complete profession as a devoted public servant working for American agriculture, most lately because the Director of the Oregon Division of Agriculture. Ms. Taylor understands commerce and agriculture and can be an asset to USDA as they assist farmers and rural communities recuperate from the pandemic.
