Laredo, Texas – The Metropolis of Laredo Council Member for District 6, Dr. Marte Martinez, celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony to current a brand new Health Middle at North Central Park on Monday, October 25, 2021. Along with the Parks & Recreation Division, Council Member Dr. Martinez was proud to see this mission come to fruition. After a city corridor assembly, Dr. Marte realized that many residents within the space of this district have been taken with such a facility.
