COTABATO CITY – A gaggle of lawmakers within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Area in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) has pushed for the creation of the Bangsamoro Vitamin Council (BNC) to handle the excessive prevalence of malnutrition within the area.
