Capability to research correct fundamental knowledge
The Meals and Agriculture Group of the United Nations (FAO) in collaboration with the federal government by way of the Nationwide Bureau of Statistics, the Meals and Diet Safety Secretariat underneath the Ministry of Agriculture, performed a week-long capability constructing workshop for key stakeholders to research meals safety and diet knowledge to successfully monitor SDG Goal 2.1 utilizing standardized instruments which are internationally comparable.
The workshop was totally funded underneath the undertaking “GCP/GLO/943/JPN – Supporting Sustainable Improvement Aim (SDG) 2.1 Monitoring by Strengthening Meals Safety and Diet info in Africa” courtesy of the Authorities of Japan by way of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
