Fayetteville Public Schools receive $80K in grants to improve nutrition of student meals

The grants will assist speed up scratch and speed-scratch cooking practices as they get rid of ultra-processed meals served in faculties.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark — The Life Time Basis has awarded Fayetteville Public Colleges $80,000 in grants for the following three years to assist enhance the dietary high quality of faculty meals.

With the help of a registered dietitian and chef specialised in class meals operations, the grants will assist speed up scratch and speed-scratch cooking practices as they get rid of ultra-processed meals served in faculties.

The Life Time Basis is a nonprofit group that works with greater than 35 faculty districts throughout the nation to get rid of extremely processed and synthetic meals. Fayetteville Public Faculty is the inspiration’s first faculty district in Arkansas to obtain this grant.
