Fat:

  • All vegetable and seed oils
  • coconut oil
  • olive oil

Drinks:

  • 100% fruit juices
  • Water
  • Ciders
  • Soda
  • Espresso
  • Tea
  • Sports activities drinks, smoothies, and fewer than 100% juices – examine ingredient labels 

Dairy Merchandise:

  • Milk
  • Cheese 
  • Yogurt – examine labels of flavored yogurts to make sure no gluten-containing thickeners had been used

Herbs & Spices:

  • All recent and dried herbs
  • All recent and dried spices

Gluten-Free Alcoholic Drinks:

  • Wine
  • Potato Vodka (some vodkas are constructed from wheat or barley and can include gluten)
  • Cider
  • Gluten-free beers
  • Different distilled spirits (rum, bourbon, whiskey, tequila, scotch, gin, brandy, and so on)

Dangers of Consuming a Gluten-Free Eating regimen
