Saint Leo College Wellness Heart is providing various group health lessons and private coaching alternatives to school, workers, college students, alumni, and the neighborhood.

Courses embrace: Stomach Dance; Stomach, Booty, Thigh Bootcamp; Light Stretch with Group Yoga; Fitness center Introduction; HIIT Your Targets; Saturday Morning Salutation with Group Yoga; Spin Class; Stretch and Renew Group Yoga; Twilight Yoga; and Zumba.
