The constructing was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, with interiors by Thierry Despont. Facilities embrace a health heart, 65-foot lap pool, golf simulator, wine room, library, theater, storage and a kids’s playroom.
Of the 21 contracts, 14 had been condos, three had been co-ops and 4 had been townhouses.
The mixed asking value for the properties was $149 million, with a median of almost $6 million. The models spent a median of 590 days in the marketplace, with a median low cost from unique to final asking value of 4 %.
