What Belinda eats on a typical day

Breakfast: Healthy Mummy Smoothie

For morning and afternoon  snacks: I may need veggies sticks & dips or minimize up a chunk of fruit and cheese or have a baked slice from the Wholesome Mummy app just like the Wholesome Chocolate Weet-bix slice

Lunch: I’ll have a salad for lunch or hen and salad on a multigrain roll . I additionally actually love meals just like the Zuccini, bacon and Parmesan slice for lunch from the Healthy Mummy app

Dinner: We now have a number of the household meals like lasagne, spaghetti , nachos  & ham burgers , fish and veg.  I take advantage of the Wholesome Mummy recipes from the app to make these meals as a result of they’re more healthy variations of conventional household favourites.
