The best way to scale back easy carbs consumption?

* Keep away from bread, pasta, cornflakes and all packaged meals together with breakfast cereals-read the ingredient label fastidiously and select a product with fiber serving>5gms
* Keep away from sweetened sugary drinks –sodas, flavored espresso and many others; change with unsweetened buttermilk or plain water
