They referred to as the following participant; a girl and her baby exited the ready space to fulfill at my desk. I launched myself and requested, “How are you doing at this time?” She reluctantly answered, “good” with disinterest in her eyes. I detected a Spanish accent which prompted me to ask which language she most popular to conduct the appointment in. She instantly perked up and replied, “I’m so comfortable you converse Spanish… my English shouldn’t be good.”
