The Division of Meals Science and the Heart for Human Vitamin on the U of A are recruiting adults between the ages of 25-50 years to take part in a diet examine associated to time-restricted feeding (consuming for eight hours and fasting for 16 hours every day).
The examine lasts as much as 14 weeks and includes 11-12 visits to the U of A and the Heart for Human Vitamin. The examine includes measurements of sleep, temper, weight-reduction plan and different features of well being.
