A person is dealing with costs after police stated he uncovered himself to girls within the car parking zone of an LA Health in Hialeah a number of instances.
William Avila, 30, was arrested Monday on a number of counts of indecent publicity, arrest reviews stated.

Avila was arrested after the supervisor stated he obtained a number of complaints from staffers and fitness center members of a person who was exposing himself and masturbating within the car parking zone, the reviews stated.
