  • Medium parboiled potatoes, minimize into wedges: 2

  • Recent mint, chopped: 1 tbsp
  • Purple wine vinegar: ¼ cup
  • Dijon mustard: 2 tsp
  • Honey: 1 tsp
  • Sea salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: To style
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Methodology

  • Boil the potatoes after including the salt to the water.
