Methodology
- Toss the potato wedges with the oil, cumin, and chilli flakes.

- Recent parsley, chopped: 1 tbsp
- Recent mint, chopped: 1 tbsp
- Purple wine vinegar: ¼ cup
- Dijon mustard: 2 tsp
- Honey: 1 tsp
- Sea salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: To style
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Methodology
- Boil the potatoes after including the salt to the water.
- As soon as drained and cooled, minimize into halves.
