Prenatal nutrition program gains additional funding



The territorial authorities is matching present federal funding of $677,000 to assist the prevailing Canada Prenatal Diet Program (CPNP) within the Yukon.

The territorial authorities is matching present federal funding of $677,000 to assist the prevailing Canada Prenatal Diet Program (CPNP) within the Yukon.

Funding will likely be matched on an ongoing foundation and can assist the eight CPNP packages at present working within the territory.

As well as, the Council of Yukon First Nations (CYFN) will obtain funding of $262,000 every year for the following two fiscal years.
