The Clarksville Housing Authority held a Rental Help Demonstration (RAD) Program assembly on Tuesday to inform residents of their advantages, rights and necessities as the general public housing developments can have an entire reimagination, with renovations that may restructure everything of Lincoln Houses. 

The 251-unit housing has not obtained important renovations because it opened greater than 70 years in the past.
