Research receives $1.2 million to give Australian children the best nutritional start in life

A digital toolkit for early childcare employees, mother and father and households designed to make sure nutritious meals is offered to youngsters below 5 is being developed by College of Queensland researchers.

Professor Helen Truby from UQ’s Faculty of Human Motion and Diet Sciences stated the challenge had been awarded $1.2 million over three years from the Australian Authorities Division of Well being, below the Public Well being and Power Illness Grant Program.

“This grant will allow us to work with early childhood educators and households to co-create sources to amplify messages concerning the significance of wholesome and nutritious meals for the under-five age group,” Professor Truby stated.
