CHILI-SPICED SALMON WITH MANGO SALSA

For salsa

1 mango, pit eliminated, peeled and diced

½ medium crimson onion

½ crimson bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced

1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced

½ cup chopped contemporary cilantro

2 tablespoons contemporary lime juice

Sea salt to style

For salmon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon candy paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon floor cumin

½ teaspoon sea salt

4 4-6 ounce skin-on salmon filets

Coconut rice, to serve

Make salsa: In medium bowl, mix mango, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and put aside to marinate whilst you put together the fish.
