Santorini’s First Vegan Boutique Hotel Is Now Open

Vegan boutique lodge MOD Santorini has opened on the Greek island of Santorini. The family-owned lodge—initially constructed within the late Seventies—had been shut down for greater than a decade earlier than the homeowners handed it on to their son, Anargyros (Argiris) Fousteris. He and his associate, Christina Boutrou, are reworking the area into a completely renovated, adults-only vegan lodge.

With the primary stage of renovations full, the lodge at the moment provides 4 suites on the primary stage of the area. When the total construct is full, MOD will supply 12 personal suites over three ranges. All rooms are spacious with their very own distinctive design and personal balconies, with two of the suites that includes an outside, wraparound jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea.
