School Nutrition Association says districts will continue to face meal challenges in coming year | Education

MASSENA — A report from the College Diet Affiliation highlights a few of the meal struggles college districts have confronted and can face within the coming 12 months.

“The ripple results of the COVID-19 pandemic proceed to disrupt operational processes within the Ok-12 college vitamin section, exacerbating longstanding procurement issues and making a cascade of recent challenges for varsity vitamin program operators, directors and vendor companions. Whereas the chaos of prolonged college closures could also be behind us, nobody within the trade expects a return to clean crusing within the foreseeable future,” SNA officers stated within the report, “Staying Afloat in a Excellent Storm.”
