Motown on Morton introduced by the Historic Richmond Affiliation is scheduled for 5-10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, in Historic Downtown Richmond, 200-400 block of Morton Avenue. What started as an effort to carry Consciousness to ALS by standing collectively to help Steven “Rocket” Rosen, a downtown enterprise proprietor and neighborhood hero who succumbed to ALS in 2020, has activated to a night of music and dancing within the streets. A cruise-in of traditional vehicles, a Motown costume contest, procuring, meals vehicles and beer & wine will likely be obtainable for all who attend this free occasion.
