Meals insecurity had been declining previous to the pandemic. In Cole County, it went from almost 20% in 2015 to only about 12% in 2019, and from greater than 16% all the way down to about 12% in Osage County.
The partnership, additionally supported by the Missouri Household and Group Belief, is considered one of many efforts to maintain that progress going.
