Liz Gonzalez noticed the advantages of wholesome diet first-hand, dropping 20 kilos as her home-based protein drink and tea complement enterprise took off from the outset of COVID-19.
The demand continued from her Santa Fe residence on the time, and it continued after she and her household moved to Rio Rancho in December 2020. That developed into opening Sundown Vitamin in Enchanted Hills in late February, and Gonzalez bought greater than she bargained for.
