16. Face Pull
On a cable machine, connect a rope with two handholds to the pulley, simply overhead peak.
- Seize a deal with in every hand, palms dealing with in. Step again and prolong your arms.
- Lean again barely, protecting your core engaged and again flat. Interact your shoulders – don’t permit them to roll.
- Pull the rope in the direction of your brow and ears, your palms dealing with in. Your elbows will flare out to the edges. Pause for 2 seconds.
- Slowly reextend your arms fully, protecting the burden below management. Full two units of 20 reps.
