Purchase all of the gear first
I’m at all times astonished after I see an off-the-cuff gymgoer or leisure jogger rocking a pair of supershoes — often some iteration of Nike’s NEXT% racing footwear. What will get me isn’t simply the $250-275 price ticket (though that’s undoubtedly a part of it); it’s the worth that these athletes place on top-of-the-line, edge-giving gear, even for on a regular basis exercises. I don’t blame them for getting suckered into shelling out the large bucks for a promised 4% enchancment. However I’m afraid that what’s getting misplaced within the obsession with footwear and different more and more high-tech tools is the nice old school technique of getting higher via laborious work and dedication.
