Dr. Contento lately retired because the Mary Swartz Rose Professor of Diet and Training, and Director of the Program in Diet at Lecturers School Columbia College, a place she held for 21 years. Dr. Contento joined the Lecturers School school as an Affiliate Professor in 1977 and coordinated the Diet Program from 1985-2019. Dr. Contento really outlined vitamin schooling because the lead creator of a monograph on the weather of effectiveness of vitamin schooling, which was printed because the December 1995 problems with the Journal of Diet Training, the peer-reviewed journal of the Society. This monograph was used for a decade as a textbook for vitamin schooling, previous to the publishing of Dr. Contento’s textbook Diet Training: Linking analysis idea and apply in 2007. Now in its fourth version, and co-authored by Pam Koch, EdD, RDN, the textual content is taken into account the usual for the instruction vitamin within the context of multi-disciplinary understandings of the sector.
