Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by RXR Realty, the construction yields 476 residential models in addition to educational and workplace areas, an adjoining athletic discipline, and parking for 564 autos. Hunter Roberts Building Group served as the final contractor for the undertaking, which is certain by Willoughby Avenue to the north, Ashland Place to the east, DeKalb Avenue to the south, and Flatbush Avenue Extension to the west.
