Charlie Munger’s architectural design for a brand new, giant dormitory on the College of California, Santa Barbara is getting consideration after an architect on the varsity’s Design Overview Committee stop as a result of he thinks it does not embody sufficient pure mild.
The 11-story, $1.5 billion constructing with 1.68 million sq. ft of house would home 4,536 undergraduates. It is meant to handle a severe shortage of residential space on the college that has drawn threats of lawsuits.
