Fi first misplaced 34kg in 14 months with The Wholesome Mummy after her first child was born and has misplaced 14kg after her second.

  1. Store gross sales
  2. Purchase meals in season, because it lasts longer and on the whole is cheaper.
  3. Put money into fruit and veg keepers in your fridge. It’s a bigger out lay however will save toy from throwing out contemporary produce and having to go get extra.
  4. Meal prep and meal plan. I hate waste, so if I have already got the meals and it’s deliberate I’m much less more likely to not use it.
  5. Weekly buying. That is large. You usually tend to work more cash going day by day to the outlets. All the additional little issues we add to our basket add up shortly.
  6. Write a buying record. It’s a good way to maintain you on monitor on the outlets. The Wholesome Mummy has one within the app.
