What Hayley eats on a typical day

Breakfast: I all the time begin my day with 1 or half a lemon with apple cider vinegar. I then have a Smoothie.

Snack: Wholesome Mummy snack or boiled egg, corn on the cob, hummus dip with diced jalapeños and carrot sticks.

Lunch: Leftover Wholesome Mummy meal

Night meal: Wholesome Mummy meal from the app.
