“I like having a wholesome breakfast like avocado and poached egg in rye bread. I even have tried the peanut butter and banana on rye. 

“The recommendation to others is to only preserve motivated and decided to eat wholesome and train and it’ll repay. All people is completely different and it takes completely different occasions. However motivation is essential.”
