After frequently serving and promoting out of specialty burgers on Thursdays at Valentina’s TexMex BBQ in Austin, proprietor and chef Miguel Vidal determined to make a completely new enterprise out of it and started Money Cow Burgers Co. meals truck at 1710 N. FM 1626, Buda. The meals truck is on-site on the Memorial Miniature Golf & World Struggle II Museum, although patrons don’t must play to eat.
Money Cow Burgers Co. had its mushy opening over the lengthy Labor Day weekend Sept. 4, although it plans to have a grand opening in November. The menu options smoked burgers slowly cooked over mesquite with completely different specialties. Some burgers come full of cheese or a wide range of toppings, similar to bacon, charred tomatoes and specialty sauces, similar to Mo $ Cash $ sauce or its tomatillo cilantro ranch.
