For the October Problem, we’re including HEAPS of name new recipes to the Wholesome Mummy App. Plus we’ve listened to the group who’ve requested for longer exercises. So, we’ve added 8 NEW Lengthy Play exercises that run for 45 – 50 minutes!
The theme for October’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is 15 minute meals. We perceive how time-poor mums are, and the final they wish to be doing is spending hours within the kitchen. All the recipes within the Meal Plans will be on the desk in quarter-hour! The following Problem begins on Monday 4th October!
