Lunch and dinner are sometimes interchangeable – taco bowl, stir fry, fritters, shepherds pie, pasta bake all with added veggies

Snacks I preserve easy with fruit and yoghurt, popcorn or protein bars

And deserts are all the time one thing candy, chocolate mug cake, custard and jelly, apple pie, chocolate coconut roughs”
