575 Exterior Road’s residential program options 135 studio, 192 one-bedroom, 122 two-bedroom, and 93 three-bedroom residences. Facilities embody an outside terrace, on-site laundry services, a kids’s room, a neighborhood lounge, a motorbike storage room, a health heart, and 24/7 entrance desk safety. An early childhood studying heart run by BronxWorks and an outside science programming run by the Billion Oyster Venture will occupy a part of the neighborhood facility house.
