Burnaby spending $127M on new Confederation Park Centre

Confederation Park has three massive group amenity buildings – McGill library ranch (constructed 2001), Eileen Dailly Leisure Pool and Health Centre (constructed 1992), and the Confederation Neighborhood Centre for Seniors (constructed in 1971 and expanded in 1988).

The design reveals new buildings that hyperlink to the pool facility and library, with an open promenade – with a “borrowed forest panorama – that bisects the buildings and results in the remainder of the 105-acre park. The third degree incorporates a walkway that connects two units of buildings.

The venture will see an expanded health facility that features weight and cardio areas. There will even be a café with an out of doors patio seating space. The centre will even function extra multipurpose and conferences rooms, plus a group kitchen. There will even be a gymnasium space for indoor sports activities actions.
