“Daily, you hear of individuals having housing points,” Harding says. “As an organization, we have to assist handle that. We will’t watch for others to handle that for us. We will’t watch for the county or the townships to handle it. We have now to handle it, therefore why we’re going to be placing housing on the second ground of that constructing.”
