Apple misplaced its request to delay App Retailer adjustments

A federal decide ruled this week that Apple can’t push again the deadline to replace its App Retailer insurance policies, as beforehand ordered in the court’s decision on California’s Epic Video games v. Apple lawsuit. Although Apple largely gained that case when the decide declared that Apple was not appearing as a monopolist (as Epic Video games had alleged), the court docket sided with the Fortnite maker on the matter of Apple’s anti-steering insurance policies relating to restrictions on in-app purchases.
