NOTE: That is Half-3 of the collection. Study this exercise nicely, repeat it typically, and incorporate it with Santa’s Sleigh Slider (legs) and “No More Jingle Arms” exercises. Keep tuned for the final 2 exercises within the collection and maintain jingling and mingling by the season!
