How to fix a heart-healthy diet plan in India

Meal 1- (empty abdomen): 6 almonds and 4 halves walnuts (ideally soaked in a single day) with a glass of heat water. Chew them nicely.

Meal 2-  A bowl of do-it-yourself Pohe, Upma, oats, Dosa, 2 idlis, flippantly oiled parantha, or Thepla. Eggs too could be had with or with out yolk.

Meal 3- Any seasonal fruit of your selection although it could be higher to have citrus fruits.

Meal 4- That is throughout lunch and will start with an enormous plate of salad. This meal should embody 2 Rotis or 1 medium bowl of boiled rice with a cup of vegetable curry, curd, and 1 medium bowl of dal.
