“Most cancers is a trainer and I’m being attentive to the teachings it holds for me,” she concludes gracefully. “One factor it’s proven me already is the significance of group. Of rising and deepening one’s group in order that we aren’t alone. And the most cancers, together with my age—nearly 85—positively teaches the significance of adapting to new realities.”
