  2. Thick curd (I like Mom Dairy Dahi) – 200 g
  3. Psyllium Husk – 1 tsp
  4. Stevia powder – in accordance with your style. (Stevia is zero carbs, pure sweetener)

Methodology

  • Combine with curd, stevia and Psyllium husk.
  • Beat effectively, refrigerate and luxuriate in as a wholesome low carb snack ?
