Meat, nutrition and the unpalatable politics of food

When the Rajkot Municipal Company in Gujarat determined to ban the sale of meat inside 100 metres of colleges, public locations and temples final month, Irfan Yunus Khan (title modified) needed to come to phrases with a sudden lack of his livelihood.
