“I used to be caught in a bent over place with my denims round my ankles bawling my eyes out,” says Keighley. “I couldn’t carry my infants, and I used to be dwelling on painkillers to only get away from bed.”
As a mum with power ache, that is when she realised she wanted to make a change.
“I needed to do it for myself and my children.”
