Cupples Farm Park value $700,000 to construct and was funded fully via improvement prices. As soon as the city collects improvement prices, the parks workforce plans, designs and oversees the development of latest parks and trails. Improvement prices fund parks, trails, roads, and amenities, that are all key items in constructing an entire neighborhood.
